1. I shall deposite advance one month rent & one month security money.
2. Registration charge Rs. 1000 first time (Not Refundable).
3. Monthly charges should be Paid with in first 5 days of a month other wise Per day Rs. 20 will be fined
4. I shall be responsible for any damage to the residential property, done by me.
5. I shall not use any Electrical Gadgets other than provided by the hostel.
6. The money will not be refundable anyhow except security money.
7. I have to wash my untensils on my own.
8. Any kind of guest are not allowed.
9. It is not allowed to drink or smoke in the hostel.
10. If any mistake I will do I have to pay the fine of Rs. 200/-
11. When I am going or coming from anywhere I have to inform to the present staff in Hostel or I have to call the owner of the hostel.
12. I will give at least advance payment of 50% to reserve a bed in the hostel.
13. I will be responsible for all my things in the hostel.
14. Fans & Light must be switched off when no one is in the room otherwise it will be
15. Security money will only be refundable, if student says in hostel for minimum 12 or else security money will be forfeited or full fill time period in booking time.
16. If student is restricted due to misconduct the security money will be forfeited.
17. I shall inform the management of my departure one month before.
18. Every year the rent will increase by 10%.
19. I shall had the fine of Rs. 50/- day of I do not give the monthly payment on time (1 to 5 Days)
20. Your photo and personal ID must be given.
21. Security money is not refundable only adjustment.
